Valvular Bronchoblocation, Bronchopleural Fistula

49 year old male patient. On August 1, 2017 under vital indications he underwent left - sided pulmonectomy (pulmonary TB). A few weeks after surgery developed the insufficiency of the stump of the left main bronchus. Patient’s condition worsened and was decided to conduct valve placement. Under general anesthesia in the left main bronchus has been inserted MEDLUNG bronchial valve N20. After manipulation air leak has been stopped from drainage. Full hermetization has been reached. After 18 days, the patient coughed up the valve. The valve has been placed again under local anesthesia, after what he was discharged in good clinical condition. 3 months later patient is in good clinical condition, he gained 7 kg in weight, radiologically hemithorax decreased, fibrothorax has been formed.
